Israeli breakfasts are epic. Almost all hotels offer a huge breakfast buffet with a ‘design your own’ omelette bar, huge cheese selection and extremely fresh produce. But which hotel’s chef will impress you with every bite?
The Ritz-Carlton, Herzliya
Chef Eli Pinsler
Since 2016, Pinsler has managed to, again and again, impress the thousands of guests that have come and gone with their already high expectations. He never disappoints with his food which he serves proudly. He has worked in several hotels throughout Israel, then became the head chef of a hotel in Germany, as well as being in charge of the Kosher food at Lufthansa airline. He managed thirteen kitchens at once as the head chef of a chain of restaurants called Agadir until he eventually was headhunted to be the head chef of one of the top hotels in Israel.
They also have a special breakfast menu where you can find Shakshuka and eggs Benedict. They use all local ingredients and aim to offer healthy and delicious food that is always super fresh. And what’s even better? You get to enjoy the food with a stunning view of the Herzliya beach in the background.
